How It Works

Our virtual private training offers individual personalized sessions and programs to target body composition, sports optimization and recovery, and natal/postpartum.

  • We help you choose an instructor and program based on your needs.

  • We begin all training with a personal assessment.

  • Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes

  • Train 1x1 or with a friend.

  • Work out with our science-based, low-impact, body-mind, method, utilizing a mix of modalities (pilates, strength, functional movement, yoga.)
